Doctor of Philosophy, Law, Political Science and Sustainable Development Economics, University Professor Pascal CHAIGNEAU chairs the Political Science of Paris-Sorbonne University. He is also the head of the Geopolitics Centre for the HEC MBA and the Masters of Public Affairs at HEC Science Po Paris. He is the HEC group’s reference professor within the French Gendarmerie and he is in charge of the “International Organisations”(Br English) course at the École de Guerre ( War College). As a lawyer, he is a renowned expert in international relations and law. He is the founder and dean of the Centre for Diplomatic and Strategic Studies with consultative status at the United Nations.

Criminology Professor at the National Conservatory of Arts and Crafts (CNAM), New York and Shanghai, Alain BAUER chaired the National Observatory of Crime and Criminal Justice (ONDRP) and then the National Private Security Control Council (CNAPS). He is currently president of the Conseil supérieur de la formation et de la recherche stratégique (CSFRS). Adviser to the highest authorities on security and terrorism issues, in France but also abroad (NYPD, Quebec and LASD), he is a recognized expert on criminal and terrorist issues.

Véronique CHANUT is a University Professor at Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas University. She heads the Panthéon-Assas Management Research Laboratory (LARGEPA) and CIFFOP, the university HR “Grande Ecole”. Co-founder of the International Association for Research in Public Management (AIRMAP), her research and publications focus on the management of leadership resources in the public sector, changes in public organizations and the evaluation of public policies.

As a recognized legal expert, he has written more than 190 scientific articles and owns 170 patent families. David NACCACHE is also a member of the Institut Universitaire de France and the Observatory for the Security of Payment Means (OSMP), and is a columnist for the IEEE Security and Privacy Magazine.
